Director of the Geographical Institute "Jovan Cvijic" SASA, Milan Radovanovic, PhD has become the national coordinator of the Regional Network of the Balkan, Black sea and Caspian sea countries for Space Weather Studies.

It is our honour to inform you that Prof. Dr Slobodan Marković, bacame the corresponding member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts. On 7th of November 2015, prof Markovic was promoted into the corresponding member of SASA, becoming with 45 years of age, the younges academician and at the moment the only living member of the Academy engaged in the field of Geography.
