On Thursday, April 18, 2019, the collaborators of the Geographical Institute "Jovan Cvijic" SASA participated in the celebration of the Day of the Faculty for hotel management and tourism in Vrnjačka Banja and on that occasion they presented the selected print editions and exhibition of the Institute.

The Geographical Institute “Jovan Cvijić” SASA participated in the exhibition “Spatial and Urban Planning of Kosovo and Metohija”, successfully realized in Kosovska Mitrovica 2-3. June 2022, organized by the Serbian Spatial Planners Association, Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics of the University of Pristina with temporary headquarters in Kosovska Mitrovica and the Faculty of Geography of the University of Belgrade.

On February 21st, 2025, the promotion of the monograph "Đerdap National Park – the First 50 Years" was held at the Belgrade City Library.

Geographical Institute "Jovan Cvijić" SASA participated in the ceremony Day of the Public Company Djerdap National Park that took place on 7th June in Donji Milanovac. On that occasion, it was organized the promotion of their new publications, including Lexicon of the Djerdap National Park and Caves in the Djerdap National Park. Geographical Institute "Jovan Cvijic" SASA participated in these publication publishing.

 Geographical Institute "Jovan Cvijic" SASA participated in the eight annual Festival of science, with an interactive exibition "Catch the wind", presenting in a new and interesting way the source and effects of winds, that enabled visitors to get to know and feel the magic of geography.

Geographical Institute “Jovan Cvijić” SASA participated at the First International Workshop “Danube Future”, which was held in Klagenfurt, Austria. The organizer of the event is the Alpine-Adriatic University of Klagenfurt (Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt) and CEI (Central European Initiative).

 

Geographical Institute "Jovan Cvijic" SASA participated at the event "Researchers' Night", which was held in Delta City shopping center, Belgrade, Serbia. Interactive setting named "Circulate, circulate and make a circle", was made thanks to the technical support of "BCS Professional Ltd." and researchers Jasna Stojanović, Stefan Denda, Gorica Stanojević, Aleksandra Spalević, Vlasta Kokotović and Jelena Ćalić, who, in the atrium of Delta City, talked with children about the water cycle in nature.
